Important Information About Our Rentals
Temporary accommodation only

We offer furnished rooms, studios and apartments for temporary stays, ranging from a few nights to several weeks, and sometimes longer.

All our accommodation is full-service and includes furniture, bed linen, utilities, internet, cleaning support and practical assistance.

Our rentals are intended for guests who need a temporary, fully furnished place to stay.

For the longer stays, we mainly serve companies, professionals, project workers, expats and people who are looking for a temporary solution while searching for permanent accommodation on the regular rental market.

Please note that we do not offer standard long-term rental contracts, student housing or permanent residence. Our accommodation is therefore usually not suitable if you are looking for a regular apartment, student studio or low-cost monthly rental.

Prices for longer stays start from approximately €75 per night, depending on the accommodation, the period and the length of stay. Our prices are higher than regular rental market prices because we offer temporary, fully furnished and serviced accommodation with all costs included.
