What we offer

Furnished studios and apartments in Mechelen for temporary stays, from a few nights to several weeks and sometimes longer. Everything is included: furniture, bed linen, utilities, internet, cleaning support and practical assistance.

For longer stays we mainly serve companies, professionals, project workers, expats and people who need a temporary solution while they look for permanent accommodation on the regular rental market.

What we do not offer

• Standard long-term rental contracts
• Student housing
• Permanent residence, or registration at an address without an actual stay
• Unfurnished accommodation
• Our rooms can only be booked through Booking.com.

What it costs

Count on a minimum of €80 per night, all costs included. The exact price depends on the accommodation, the period and the length of the stay. Our prices are higher than the regular rental market because everything is furnished, serviced and all-in. If that is above your budget, we are not the right address, and we would rather say so now than after three emails.

Before you use the form

We answer every complete request, usually within one working day. Tell us your arrival and departure date, the number of persons and the reason for your stay. A request without those details, we do not answer it. This is not unfriendliness. Without those details any answer we give is worthless to you, and it costs us time we would rather spend on guests who are actually coming. The same applies if you write to us by email instead of using this form.
